B.A. or M.A. preferably in in Business Management, Data Management and Analysis, M&E Management, or related fields. | Previous direct M&E experience of implementation of humanitarian-related projects in NES. |
A minimum of 1-year related work experience at Monitoring and Evaluation with Humanitarian Work, including camps & non-camps situations |
Very good written and verbal communication in English | Experience with M&E templates preparations, leading M&E teams in the field, M&E tools and software, and reporting to donors. |
Good IT skills (online forms, email communication, skype, Dropbox, word, and excel, Kobo, surveys, reports). |
Good knowledge with local laws, local NGOs, NES Forum, OCHA NES, and donor guidelines. |
